Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Shipments occur only on weekdays. Deliveries usually occur Mon- Fri. and sometimes on Saturday. We use FedEx or USPS for all shipments. If you prefer one over the other please put it in your comments when checking out. The website only gives the option for FedEx but we will use the carrier that will get your items to you the quickest!! All orders received on Fri. Sat. and/or Sun. Will be processed on the following Monday. If there will be any delay in you receiving your order, you will be notified by phone or email.
All orders placed by phone, fax or online with a credit or debit card must be shipped to the billing address of the Card Holder making the purchase. You must enter the address exactly how it appears on your statement or your card will be declined. If you need your item shipped to another address you will need to pay by Western Union or Money Gram. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance. A signature is optional and you can specify if you need one or not at checkout. If you don't request a signature we are not responsible for packages that are left outside on your porch that may become lost or stolen after delivery.
