Changes to Order & Cancellation Policy: If you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order it needs to be done within 24 hours. Once we receive your order we begin processing the order immediately so we can send out within the specified time frame. Once we have begin processing your order you will not be able to make changes or cancel the order if we dont receive your request quickly. The sooner the better. All orders that are canceled after 24 hours will only receive store credit.
IN STOCK ORDERS: IN STOCK WIGS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF UNIT. YOUR ITEM CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM OF YOUR CHOICE. WIG OR HAIR MUST NOT BE ALTERED OR WORN. LACE MUST BE UNCUT. PLEASE WEAR A STOCKING CAP WHEN TRYING ON WIGS.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All sales are final and there are no exchanges on custom orders that are considered too unique to re-stock- "Unique Custom Orders"(orders with unusual colors or unique specifications).
Unique Custom Orders include any orders made with a sample or template or unusual measurements. All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges on these type of custom orders. We can make adjustments to your unit if needed.
Custom orders can be returned for a store credit only under the following conditions:
- Custom order is not a "Unique Custom Order."
- Return must be postmarked within 3-5 days from the date of order delivery.
- Item MUST be in brand new condition. Item must not be used or worn (you cannot cut or modify the item, apply the items, color, style, comb, wash, use or alter any part of the item). Under no circumstances can the lace be cut on lace items.
- All tags, packaging or promotional materials must be returned with product.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if our return policy conditions are not met.
Please note we don't issue refunds, exchanges or store credit only.
Orders are carefully inspected before shipping, but in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or your merchandise is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately. You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt and notify us within 3 days if any item is missing or damaged. Younique Lace Wigs will not consider any claims for damaged or missing items more than seven (7) days from the delivery date.
